Justice B.N. Kirpal

Justice Bhupinder Nath Kirpal, B.A., (Hons.), LL.B. - Born on 8-11-1937. Enrolled Pleader in July- August, 1961 and Advocate in 1962. Central Govt. pleader in the Delhi High Court till 1974 and Additional Standing Counsel for the Income Tax Department in 1972 and thereafter as Central Govt. Standing Counsel since 1975. Additional Judge, Delhi High court from 20-11-1979 and a Permanent Judge on 19-11-1983. He was appointed as the Chief Justice of the Gujarat High Court on 14-12-1993.
