Justice Mangi Lal Jain, M.A., LL.M. - Born on 22nd July, 1922. Joined service in Kota State as Naib Nazim- Munsif-Magistrate in October, 1945. Deputy Legislative Counsel (Translation), Legislative Department, Government of India from 1956 to 1968 and Additional District and Sessions Judge from August, 1968. Joint Legal Remembrancer to the Government of Rajasthan from October, 1968 to March, 1969. From April, 1969, District and Sessions Judge. Additional Judge of the Rajasthan High Court with effect from 1-7-1975. He was appointed permanent Judge on 29-6-1977. Transferred as Judge of the Delhi High Court from 24-7-1978. Retired on 22-7-1984.
