Justice Mrs. Sanotosh Duggal, M.A., LL.B. - Born on 21.3.1931. Appointed to the Punjab Judicial Service on 20.3.1931 and worked as Sub-Judge-cum-Magistrate in Punjab up to 1965. Worked as Under Seccretary (Law) and Assistant legal Remembrancer in the Law Legislative Department to Punjab 1967 on being selected to Delhi Judicial Service, worked as Commercial Judge up to May, 1970. Rent Controller from May, 1970 to September, 1972, Judge Small Cause Courts insolvency Judge, matrimonial Judge, and Additional Senior Sub-Judge from September, 1972 to August, 1973. Worked as Deputy Secretary (Law) for 4 months. Worked as Additional Sessions Judge, New Delhi from 1.11.1976 to 30.9.1982. Worked as Judicial member, Customs, Excise and Gold (Control) Appellae Tribunal from 1.10.1982 to 9.12.1987. Worked as Direct & Sessions Judge, Delhi since 10.7.87. Appointed permanent Judge of the Delhi High Court on 27.5.1988. Retired on 31.3.1993.
