Justice Y K Sabharwal

Justice Y.K. Sabharwal, B.A., LL.B - Born on 14.1.1942. Enrolled as anAdvocate in 1964 and practised in the Delhi High Court for 21 years. Worked as Advocate for Indian Railways from 1969-1981. Advocate for Delhi Administration from 1973-1976-77, and Additional Standing Counsel for Delhi Administration from 1980-81. Functioned as Standing counsel and also as Central Government Counsel. Appointed Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court on 17.11.1986 and permanent Judge on 29.4.1987. Appointed as Chief Justice of Bombay High Court on 3.2.1999.
