Justice Rekha Sharma

Born on 31st July, 1949. Passed out from St.Thomas Higher Secondary School, New Delhi and thereafter did graduation from Delhi University as a student of Miranda House, University of Delhi, Delhi. Studied law at Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Delhi and was enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Delhi in 1972. 
Practised mainly in Delhi High Court on Constitutional, Civil and Criminal matters. Appointed as Central Government counsel for Delhi High Court from 1977 and continued as such till 1988. Selected as an Additional District Judge from the Bar by Delhi High Court in January, 1988. Appointed as District & Sessions Judge w.e.f. 01.10.2004 till 23.02.2005.
Elevated as Additional Judge of Delhi High Court on 23.02.2005 and became a Permanent Judge on 22.02.2006. Retired on 30.07.2011
