Justice N.C. Kochar, B.A., LL.B. - Born on 26th March, 1935. Appointed to the Delhi Higher Judicial Service on 7th December, 1971. Functioned as District & Sessions Judge, Delhi. Appointed permanent Judge of the Delhi High Court from 17.11.1986, transferred from Delhi to Rajasthan High Court w.e.f. 17.6.1988. Retired on 26.3.1997.
