Justice Chander Mohan Nayar, B.A., M.L. - Born on 23.9.1939. Enrolled as and Advocate on 20.2.1962. Enrolled as an Advocate on-record of the Supreme Court in 1973. Appointed Standing Counsel (Civil) for the State of Punjab in Supreme Court of India from October, 1987. Appointed permanent Judge of the Delhi High Court from 19.3.1991. Retired on 23.9.2000.
