Justice Chandra Mahesh, B.A., LL.B - Born on 12th October 1928. Appointed to the Delhi Judiciary on 16th July, 1957. Became Additiona District & Sessions Judge, Delhi on 24.3.1972. Appointed permanent Judge of Delhi High Court on 3.7.1986. Retired on 12.10.1990.
