Justice Dev Raj Khanna, B.A., LL.B.- Born on 17-10-1923. Appointed Subordinate Judge on 23-11-1950 and was given Selection Grade of Subordinate Judges from 1-7-1966. Promoted Additional District & Sessions Judge, in Punjab on 24-6-1967 and thereafter acted as such at Delhi. Confirmed as Additional District & Sessions Judge, Delhi in May, 1971 and was absorbed in the Delhi Higher Judicial Service. Judicial Member, Income tax Appellate Tribunal from March, 1971 to February, 1977. Appointed in Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, Delhi, on 18-3-1978. Additional judge Delhi High Court with effect from 19-10-1979 (AN). Retired on 17.10.1985.
