Justice H L Anand

Justice Harbans Lal Anand, B.A., LL.B. - Born on 10.3.1924. Educated at University of Delhi and Punjab. Enrolled as a pleader in 1948, as advocate of the High Court in 1952 and as advocate of the Supreme Court on 1959. Was partner in the Firm of Anand, Sagar and Dassgupta Advocates. Appointed as an Additional Judge of Delhi High Court w.e.f. 01.09.1972 for a period of two years. Appointed Permanent Judge on 28.02.76. Retired on 10.03.1986.
