Justice Harish Chandra

Born on 26-12-1926. Was educated at Delhi University where he passed B.A. (Hons.); LL. B.. Was President of All India Students' Union during his student career. Joined the Bar in 1954 and was 1st Central Government Standing Counsel in Delhi High Court from 1975 to 1977. Was associated with a number of social organisations and was Secretary-General of Indian Association of Lawyers and Secretary of International Association of Democratic Lawyers.
