Justice Khanna Prem Nath, M.A., LL.B - Born, 28.01.1912. Educated at Dyal Singh School, Lahore, F.C.College, Lahore and Law College, Lahore. Enrolled as an Advocate of the Lahore High Court on 16.03.1942. Did Civil (including Company Law) and Sales Tax work at Delhi. Appointed Permanent Judge of Delhi High Court w.e.f. 20th January, 1969.Retired on 28.01.1974.
