Justice Sat Pal, M.A., LL.B. - Born on 15.7.1936. Enrolled as an Advocate in Delhi High Court on 29.1.70. Worked as, Central Government Standing Counsel and Senior prosecution Counsel, Income-Tax Department from 1983. Appointed as an Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court from 19.3.1991 and permanent Judge of that High Court on 23.1.92. Transferred to punjab & Haryana High Court on 1.9.1994. Retired on 15.7.98.
