Justice Surinder Kumar Aggarwal - Born on 4th April, 1944. Passed B.sc., LL.B. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 1965. Practiced in all the branches of law, i.e., Civil, Criminal, consitutional, Labour, Service etc. Worked as Additional public Prosecutor for Delhi Administration in Delhi High Court 1977-79, 1991-92; Counsel for Delhi Development Authority 1992-95; Standing counsel (Crl.) for Government of NCT of Delhi, Delhi High Court since 1995 till elevaion to the Bench of High Court on 7th July, 1999.
