Justice Kripa Shankar Gupta

Justice Kripa Shankar Gupta, M.Com.LL.B.- Born on 7.1.1941. Enrolled as an Advocate on 5.3.1965 and practised at Districts Courts Nainital for about three and half years. Joined U.P.Judicial Service on 6.1.1969. Joined Delhi Judicial Service in 1971 and promoted to the Delhi Higher Judicial Service on 11.12.1979. Worked as Additional Sessions Judge, Rent control Tribunal and as Secretary, (Law and Judicial) Delhi Administration and as officiating District and Sessions Judge w.e.f. 30.11.1995. Appointed as an Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court on 9.4.1996 . Appointed as permanent Judge on 05.07.1999. Retired on January 7, 2003
