Justice I.D. Dua

Justice Inder Dev Dua, B.A. (Hons.), LL.B.- Born, 3rd October 1907. Educated at Frontier High School Peshawar, and Doaba H.S. Jalandhar, F.C. College and Law College, Lahore. Enrolled Advocate of the Former Lahore High Court on 18th August 1933. Did Civil cases. Appointed Additional Judge of the Punjab High Court from 11th August 1958. Permanent Judge of that High Court from 5th May 1960. Transferred to Delhi High Court on 31.10.1966. Appointed Chief Justice from 17th July 1967. Appointed Judge of the Supreme Court on 1.8.1969. Retired on 3.10.1972.
